With all that has been going on globally in the last year, we look forward to celebrating International Women’s Day in Cialfo. The 8th of March is not just a celebration of women colleagues in Cialfo but to celebrate women globally!
The theme for 2021’s International Women’s Day is #choosetochallenge and we at Cialfo are celebrating our colleagues who have chosen to challenge the barriers they have had to overcome. We do not want to say we understand what they have had to overcome, but we are trying to learn and in that way support them. This year Cialfo will be celebrating our women in tech, women in design, women in leadership and of course women choosing to challenge! We will be sharing their stories over the month of March. At Cialfo, we have so much to be humbled by when we look at all the wonderful women who are making an impact in education.
Women at Cialfo are always welcomed and celebrated because they deserve it. Internally in Cialfo, we listen as our women speak, acknowledge the genius in them and grow with them. With a gender ratio of 1:1, this enables us to learn so much. In an ongoing Manager Training Series that we kick started this month, focusing on harnessing the skills of being a coach or mentor, 75% of the participants were women! We see the skills, talents and potential that a person comes with, and we support them.
